Ensuring users get the most out of the Evisort platform depends on robust training to reinforce product knowledge. At first, Evisort’s only customer education offerings consisted of Knowledge Center articles and one-off live trainings led by Customer Success Managers. However, this was a very manual effort that lacked standardization, making it impossible to scale as their customer base continued growing.

  • Program Socialization. To ensure customers know that Evisort Academy is the dedicated place for becoming a product expert, the team consistently mentions the academy at every live training or event and has a dedicated series of links to academy resources that CSMs can share out in customer emails.
  • Micro-lessons. Time is of the essence, especially for adult learners. The Evisort team breaks content out into small, digestible lessons whenever possible so that learning feels easy and manageable to fit into a busy schedule.

    “Our goal is really to chunk things out so you can take them in pieces, as you need them, and ultimately they’ll accumulate into getting you a badge. Most people have five minutes and that seems manageable. Sometimes just seeing that something’s going to take longer than that will keep people from even getting started, so that’s my biggest thing– small chunks when possible. If we can’t get you to figure it out in five minutes or less, then whatever we’re trying to get you to do is probably too complicated.”
